Appeal Class Codes (CSV) Effective Date Determines if a case is an appeal, or any other case type for use in data services. Enter a comma separated list of the systype IDs that correspond to cases that are considered to be appeal cases in your jurisdiction. This value is typically entered upon configuration of the types of cases at implementation.
Attach Recording to Hearing Upon Session End Effective Date Systype When set to True, a popup window is displayed on the Hearing Processing task upon ending a hearing, prompting you to attach a recording of the hearing. Set to True or False.
Automatically populate Appraisal Site PINs on Case Input Effective Date Boolean For AIN processing for both Electronic Case Import and Stipulation Import, when this setting is set to true, the import creates a group filing case for only the PIN(s) indicated in the import.  A message Case created for PIN XXX. PIN is associated with an appraisal site is generated. When set to false (default), no check for the appraisal site occurs Set as applicable to your jurisdiction's import processes. False is the default.
Batch Export File Version Effective Date Systype Determines the default version of the batch export on the File Export (Case Management > Batch Processes > File Export). Select an export from the dropdown.
Default Case Type Definition ID for Online Cases Effective Date Systype Determines the default value that is used in the scenario where a new case is being created by the Case Management web service and the case type is not provided to the web service Enter the corresponding ID from the CaseTypeDefnnitions table with a systypecatid  value of 290007.

General Config - Queue Receiving - Late Check-in Allowance Effective Date Determines how late a property owner/agent/agency/participant can be received (checked in), beyond his or her scheduled hearing time. Enter a numeric value to represent the minutes allowed.
General Config - Queue Receiving - Late Check-in StandBy Effective Date Determines when a StandBy hearing can be added to the schedule, when a previously scheduled hearing has no-showed. For example, if you enter 30 as the Setting Value, StandBy hearings cannot be added until 30 minutes beyond the originally scheduled timeslot/hearing which has no-showed. Enter a numeric value.
General Config - Value Variance Effective Date Boolean Determines the default Value Variance setting. When a Value Variance is defined (in the CM Configuration - General task), Aumentum will use the Value Variance to determine whether a hearing can be scheduled within a set;  only hearings whose agency/PIN/property are within the established Value Variance percentage of the highest valued property in the set are scheduled. If no other hearing is found within the defined Value Variance, the hearing will be scheduled by itself, as its own set. Enter a numeric value that represents the value Variance Percentage.

Manual Scheduling Method Effective Date Determines the default scheduling method for the Manual Scheduler in the Case Management module. Select Standard or Block (California).
Powers Overlap - Expire all powers on previous agency Effective Date When set to True, all powers on a previously assigned agency are expired when assigning new powers to the agency. Set to True or False.
Signatures - Count of signatures to display on disclosure tab. Effective Date Systype Determines how many signature fields will display in the disclosure tab on the Hearing Processing task. Enter a numeric value.
